Brother Noah Radloff (‘21), Major in Communication
Positions Held: Head Recruitment Chair, Recruitment Chair, Brotherhood Chair
“My sophomore year, Kappa Sigma provided me with an opportunity to work full-time as an intern at the Kappa Sigma International Headquarters in Charlottesville, Virginia. This internship gave me my first professional position, where I assisted in organizing a leadership conference with over 2,000 Kappa Sigma attendees from all over the nation. I was involved in coordinating with local venues for events and consulting with local business owners concerning sponsorships and possible partnerships. On top of gaining this professional experience, it also provided me connections with undergrad and alumni brothers from all over the United States. I even lived with three fellow interns while in Charlottesville, one from Maryland, one from California, and one from Ohio. Even though we were all from different corners of America, we quickly grew close through our dedication and experience with Kappa Sigma. This experience really made it clear why our brotherhood remains steadfast and strong, because all of our brothers remember that being a Kappa Sigma is ‘Not for a day, or an hour, or a college term only, but for life.’ ”
